ILGE is also socially involved in the area of HR. We provide the opportunity for students to become familiar with a business environment by way of an internship program for MBO (secondary vocational education) students and work/study programs for HBO (higher vocational education) students. ILGE is a recognised practical training company, which means that we have been evaluated on several aspects including the quality of our internship and work/study programs and intensive mentoring.
